One of the main objectives of the project is to develop the professional competences of students and staff, and to use the knowledge acquired to the content and methodology of the university's training courses. By gaining a better understanding of the educational programmes in the partner institutions, the institution aims to improve the diversity of the content and methodology of MKE's training. By increasing the number of participants in student mobility, the University not only supports the individual development of participants, but also enhances the recognition of the diploma awarded by the institution. Staff mobility contributes to the internationalisation of students and staff staying in the country, in addition to the development of their own training. By learning from the administrative good practice of partner institutions, the MKE also has the opportunity to develop services related to mobility. The BIP projects are primarily aimed at deepening professional cooperation, while short mobility projects are also intended to provide students who are less courageous or for whatever reason less able to undertake long-term mobility with the opportunity to gain international experience.
