Objectives

With our two projects, the Training course "Training for Trainers" and the Youth Exchange "How to Put together a Youth Exchange", we aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in designing and leading international programs and activities for fellow youth, with the goal of forming a capable community of young people and youth workers who can support organisations and promote active youth citizenship and engagement. The training answered the objective we previously set in the accreditation by: - Directly involving youth workers in the activities targeting their and their organisations' needs; - Developing their sense of initiative and their skills they can use to develop and guide new initiatives; - Developing their sense of initiative and creativity, and developing skills to train other young people; - Promote the Erasmus+ Program, its values and objectives. The objective of the training was to train future trainers and upgrade youth workers' skills so they could implement the new knowledge in local projects in the partners' organisations' territories or in their networks. The Youth Exchange answered the objective we previously set in the accreditation by: - Answering participants' needs, especially those related to the development of an idea to be developed to answer young people’s needs, - Promote active citizenship and concrete experiences in creating small projects (that were presented and evaluated by the facilitators), - Stimulate young people's sense of initiative, communication skills and problem-solving mindset. - Promote the Erasmus+ Program and its values and objectives. The objective was to deepen young people's knowledge of the creation process for a youth exchange and develop their ideas with a final group work and presentation.
