A1 - LET ME JOIN The goal of this training course was to promote the importance of inclusion among youth workers and young people who are open to new learning experiences. We gave our participants a chance to enhance their empathy for different social and/or marginalized groups (e.g., people with fewer opportunities, social and financial obstacles, sexual minorities), increase their sensitivity and to provided them tools on how to reach out to them. On this project, participants had a chance to learn what methods to use to include people with different background and exchange best practices. They had a chance to widen their horizons in social psychological phenomenons as well. By the end of the project participants understood their role in the society as citizens, and realized how to cooperate with others better. They are richer with some communication skills, such as non-violent and assertive communication and active listening. All this helped their to help the mental health of their own and use these while working with youngsters. They also improved their youth work using new tools and knowledge and also their entrepreneurship to start being active in their local community including people from different backgrounds. A2. DIGITAL EMOTIONS The goal of the training was to promote the digital well-being of peer helpers and youth professionals who are open to new learning experiences by experiencing methods and they can use in their work with their target groups. Overall, we provided an opportunity for the participants to develop their digital knowledge and emotional well-being, and to increase their necessary and useful competencies and knowledge for young people (their target groups). A3 - THINK BEFORE YOU TRASH! Aim: European Green Deal - sustainable green Europe - environmental sustainability and responsibility During the local and international level activities of the international youth exchange entitled “Think Before You Trash!” the aim was to process the following topics, to get to know each other's opinions and situations: 1. Getting to know the Erasmus + Program and the European Solidarity Corps, the significance and benefits of Youthpass, measuring and documenting learning processes; 2. Promoting initiative (preparation with energizers, derivation, planning and implementation of mini-projects) 3. Promoting the ability to formulate and implement individual goals (setting up and documenting a learning process) 4. Understanding and mapping the importance of environmental protection 5. Learning the ability to recognize the forms of behavior represented for the sake of environmental protection, understanding their effects on socialization and communities of young people, searching for possible solutions at different levels. A4. UNDER THE SURFACE In the activity an international youth exchange was implemented. Main topic was online harassment, prevention, online bullying. The topics covered in the course of the project have great influence on the evolution of our society. The exchange focused on the development of young people's skills in communication and social sensitivity. Our long-term, indirect goal was to enable the participants to become more active in their activity, and beyond the development of their competences in the subject, they will be able to motivate the members of the target group they achieve. With the project, we contributed to strengthening the self-esteem of young people, increasing their horizons, making them more responsive to the problems surrounding them and the developing world, and we can shape the attitudes of growing generations with them. We contributed to fighting the media's cultural prejudice, ensuring intercultural dialogue, encouraging young people to be active citizenship and to participate in democratic life. A5 According to researchers, chronic stress due to climate change increases the risk of mental and physical problems among young people. They believe that governments' inability to act on climate policy already violates human rights. The community actions can be good antidotes to climate anxiety and the related social perception. During the project, we thought about our feelings related to climate change and our shared responsibility together with peer support youth and professionals working with young people (youth workers, teachers, social workers, NGO leaders). The purpose of the training was to exchange and develop good practices and create products with which we can motivate young people to take action and reduce their climate anxiety, and we can also do local things for environmental protection.
