Background What did we want to achieve by implementing the project? The emergence of our project came about by observing people's physical appearance differences and the negative effects of these differences in their lives. Because a standardized perception of beauty is common today. Because of these standards, people think that they cannot leave a positive impression on the other side in their mutual relations and they create a negative body image for themselves. Due to the formation of this perception, people lose their social skills as individuals with low self-confidence. For this reason, our project was implemented in order to minimize the anxieties experienced by people, to reveal that differences are normal and beautiful, and to reveal the factors that contribute to the formation of this perception. Goals Achieved * Raising awareness that the idea that people are evaluated according to their physical characteristics and that these evaluations have negative effects on their characteristics is wrong, *Uncovering how magazines, television programs and children's fairy tales trigger social appearance anxiety, * Examining eating disorders that occur with social appearance anxiety and directing people to the treatment process by raising awareness on this issue, * Spreading the idea that people should not be judged by their appearance and to raise awareness that hurtful discourses about people's physical characteristics should not be used in daily life, * Awareness that each person has a unique body and that it is normal to be different, * Revealing how social media and today's phenomena spread the idea of standard beauty and flawless appearance with various posts and raising awareness about people not being affected by these trends, * Raising awareness about the Erasmus Plus program and ensuring that more people understand the aims of the program, * Necessity to support the efforts to provide young people with the opportunity to see a new country, gain new perspectives, expand their horizons, increase their cultural background and gain different experiences, *Using non-formal and informal learning methods, ensuring that our participants have information about our subject, reveal their talents, gain self-confidence and carry out works that benefit the society by taking responsibility for a social issue, *Contributing to the conduct of a study away from prejudiced attitudes and negative thoughts such as racism. Erasmus+ Goals Achieved First of all, for our participants from different cultures in our project, avoiding prejudices, providing an idea about different cultural values, and ensuring the unity of young people from different cultures overlapped with our Erasmus Plus goals. In order to support our participants to gain competence in the digital sense, support was provided to the participants regarding the use of digital tools during preparation, communication, information, dissemination and project implementation. Participants with fewer opportunities were included in our project and they were supported to benefit from Erasmus Plus equality of opportunity. At the same time, our project was carried out without harming the environment and by instilling environmental awareness in our participants. In addition, our participants' ability to communicate in English was supported by all the activities held during the project.
