Reasons for Implementing the Project Our project was implemented in order to contribute to the socialisation of young people, to contribute to the creation of an idea about the slow city phenomenon and to help them develop themselves individually by examining the factors that prevent socialisation. In this context, academic data were utilised during the creation of the main starting point of our project. As a result of the analysis of these data, it was concluded that people have been in constant interaction and relationship with other people throughout history and have lived in certain social relationships. Therefore, the problem of socialisation of people and young people in connection with our project topic were addressed. Due to the changing and developing living conditions, it was seen that there are various obstacles to the healthy adaptation of individuals to social life and that there are negative aspects such as isolation of individuals from society. For this reason, various analyses were made about the fact that young people who cannot adequately represent themselves in society, who cannot return to their own self and who cannot complete the socialisation stage, cannot adapt to social environments, are imprisoned in a cycle, and begin to experience difficulties in their work and daily lives. Our project, which emerged as a result of all these, addressed the socialisation problem of young people in all aspects and contributed to the production of analyses about the "fast" lifestyles of individuals. In this direction, our project, which focused on the socialisation of young people, adopted the cittaslow culture as a project concept and tried to use it as a dissemination tool. Our Goals Met with Our Project Supporting the socialisation process of young people, which is among the main objectives and priorities of Erasmus Plus Programmes, was met with all the activities carried out with our project. Therefore, the objectives of our project such as distancing from prejudices, combating xenophobia, intercultural communication, lifelong learning, etc. were met. In addition to these, young people were helped to learn the concept of socialisation and to be aware of the issues that hinder socialisation. In addition, it was supported to raise awareness about the negative aspects of the individualisation process and to raise awareness about the factors that cause individualisation. The importance of all participants in our project to adapt to social processes and gain the ability to represent in social environments were emphasised. Relationship between Erasmus Plus Priorities and Project Objectives The goal of ensuring equal opportunities, which is among the main goals and priorities of Erasmus Plus Programmes, overlapped with our project goal and this goal was achieved within the framework of our project. Great importance was attached to supporting our participants with fewer opportunities at every stage of our project. They were actively involved in all the work carried out during the project, they were definitely assigned in the activities and they were supported to provide personal development. In connection with our project topic, we have contributed to raising awareness about the concept of socialisation, identifying the problems and stresses they experience during the socialisation process, and raising awareness about getting away from these negativities. Our participants with fewer opportunities were supported to establish intercultural communication, improve their English language skills and gain skills in expressing themselves throughout the whole process. In this way, equality of opportunity, which is one of the main goals and priorities of Erasmus Plus, was tried to be achieved within our project. In addition, attention was paid to ensure gender balance and to maintain this balance, which is one of the Erasmus Plus goals, during our project. In all activities carried out during our project, it was important to maintain the balance between men and women among our participants. In the development of Digital Competence, which is another goal and priority, our participants were helped to develop themselves in digital terms throughout the process. All of these goals provided an important link between the goals and priorities of Erasmus Plus and our project goals. Already our goal of supporting the socialisation process of young people was directly aligned with the main goals of Erasmus Plus, such as young people taking initiatives on global and social issues and adapting to social life. In this context *Emphasis was placed on the fact that the activities carried out in order to establish dialogue with young people should be more visible. *Awareness was raised that young people should participate in projects that work on global and social problems.
