Our project VEKTOR 2022 focused on developing young people's financial knowledge, financial awareness, long-term thinking and knowledge of the peripheral areas of work-related issues that young people in all three partners consider to be problems. Our youth exchange in Szarvas, Hungary was organised by 3 organisations (Jártszótér Foundation - Hungary, Máréfalvi Rozetta Youth Association - Transylvania, Romania, Jókai Mór Student Circle - Felvidék, Slovakia). About15 young people of Hungarian origin per country were hosted, as well as 6 group leaders and 1 facilitator. The young people learned from experts and from each other about each topic in a non-formal/informal learning context, so they could develop their own long-term goals, deepen their knowledge and learn about each other's cultures, thus strengthening European citizenship and integration. In the course of the implementation, we see that these objectives have been achieved, the 47 participants considered the program to be entirely useful, and they also felt that their thinking and competences have improved significantly on the topics covered.
