Objectives

The long-term objectives are the new methodologies related to non-formal education in the field of youth. This was visual schetchnothing, and facilitation. These are tools by combining simple images and keywords in order to synthesize information. These can be used for a wide range of groups of young people. Most people are visually mindful, therefore visualization is a very effective way of learning, and is associated with the development of many competencies, which has been confirmed by several studies. Analog visualization tools, among other things, help with communication, self-expression, develop creativity, and the ability to learn and focus. Sketchnoting helps to understand the chosen topic deeper to create effective and visual reminders, highlight connections, and to structure ideas. These are extremely important in the digital age when we experience a drastic decline in the ability of young people’s attention and concentration. Youth workers involved in the project were committed to applying the technique of sketchnoting in their daily work with young people. The other activity was the preparatory visit of the coordinating organization and the trainer in the host country. it contained city visits related to the project objectives and exercises of the sessions, acquisition, and listing of necessary equipment.
