The aim of the project was to strengthen the international visibility and competitiveness of the University of Miskolc and its partners through student and staff mobility. The primary objectives included increasing the number of mobilities, supporting the professional and language development of participants, and facilitating the acquisition of intercultural experience. The project also contributed to the implementation of “internationalisation at home,” as incoming students and guest lecturers created a multicultural environment at the university. An important result was the preparation of joint curricula and double degree programmes, as well as the strengthening of research and educational cooperation. By involving new partners and deepening existing relationships, sustainable international networks were established. In addition, the project supported the exchange of good practices, the preparation of joint proposals, and the creation of scientific publications. Overall, the mobilities contributed to broadening students’ career opportunities, enhancing staff professional development, and strengthening the long-term institutional capacities, while also reinforcing the competitiveness of the wider region.
