Internationalization plays a prominent role in Obuda University's Institutional Development Plan and Erasmus Charter application. The Erasmus credit mobility program has significantly contributed to the establishment and development of cooperation with our partner institutions outside the European Union. The aim of the 2022 project was to deepen and expand existing stable partnerships and strengthen cooperation in higher education development, science and research. On the other hand, the focus was on establishing and consolidating relationships with new partner institutions, with particular emphasis on mutual understanding of teaching and staff competencies, laboratory infrastructure, and professional profiles. The planned mobilities contribute to the training of teaching and research staff and the transfer of skills, and opportunities for cooperation and further mobilities in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs. By sharing best practices, promoting knowledge transfer and expanding opportunities for teacher mobility, we have set the goal of developing and implementing joint training programs. In order to ensure the sustainability of cooperation, we have planned activities in further joint projects and proposals.
