By implementing the project, Hungarian University of Sports Science aimed to facilitate international mobility for students and staff between higher education institutions in partner countries outside the EU. Our goal was to strengthen partnerships, promote knowledge exchange, and support professional development through various mobility activities, including student exchanges for studies and staff exchanges for teaching or training. Ultimately, we sought to improve learning and teaching experiences, enhance intercultural understanding, increase students’ employability by preparing them for a global labor market, and foster cooperation between institutions. Additionally, the project is intended to provide lasting benefits such as more diverse learning environments, greater awareness of diversity, and improved foreign language and digital skills. Since this project was 36 months long instead of the standard 24 months long project, we had time to introduce new digitalization strategies in this project, such as launching a new all-digital application process.
