In line with the international strategy of the UP, we would like to expand the number of partner institutions with partners we can think together and contribute to each other's development, based on common values and similar goals in both education and research. Our goal was to get to create a new and high-quality cooperation during the project period through mobility and to gain experience at different levels – administrative, teaching, student – in terms of operational structure. Our plans included joint project ideas, research, educational programs, the development of short-cycle online training courses, and the signing of a long-term cooperation agreement to support the implementation of new ideas. We wanted to encourage our colleagues and students participating in the mobility programme to step out of their comfort zone, experience the challenges posed by cultural differences, and understand how the experience they gain would benefit them in their own fields: in providing student services, in teaching, and as students, in career planning. Our goal was also for the relationships formed to lead to long-term cooperation, continuing even after the project ended
