Our major aim with this current project was to ensure a broader scope of mobility scholarships out of Europe. In each application round we strive for a somewhat larger contingent of mobility scholarships, in this current project we aimed to enlarge the number of staff mobility, within a realistic range. The reason for this is to develop step-by-step the number of outgoing students based on the experiences of our returned staff members, who could best advocate their students. It should also be noted that currently the Pannonia program is the priority in the outgoing student sector, there are more opportunities for funds available for our students here. At outgoing mobility, we have put more focus on staff mobility. While at incoming mobility we tried to balance the ratio between students and staff. The programme better allows these mobility and in general incoming demand is usually high in all sectors.
