The learning outcomes for this project were to provide non-formal and informal learning opportunities for educational and professional development of youth workers, contributing to high quality practice as well as to the evolution of youth work organisations and systems in Europe. We wanted to build a community of youth workers that can support the quality of projects and activities for young people in European programmes and beyond. We also wanted to develop local youth work practices and contribute to capacity building for quality youth work of the participants and their organisations, having a clear impact on the participating youth workers' regular work with young people. The Programme had the following specific objectives: Promote learning mobility of individuals and groups, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of organisations and policies in the field of education and training.- 1. WORKSHOPS: A number of workshops were facilitated in order to foster co-operation, creativity and innovation. Each workshop had its own theme and was facilitated by experts in their fields. 2: STUDY VISITS: A number of site visits provided the opportunity to see best practice inclusion and policies in operation in education, employment and social settings. 3: NETWORKING AND REFLECTION: Each day concluded with an evaluation and reflection opportunity in order to reinforce learnings and foster partnerships. 4: STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AND OUTREACH ACTIVITY: A conference, which was open to the public and organizations in the disability sector, had speakers from partner organizations, Irish disability services and government departments. This provided the opportunity to learn about innovative projects and discuss current supports and policy initiatives.
