The purpose of participating in KA131 – 2022 Call were as follows: To promote staff and student awareness of and participation in Erasmus+; To align to the Institute’s strategic priority set out in its Strategic Plan (2020 – 2023) of Enhanced International Engagement; To enhance learner experience and global awareness through sustained development of internationalisation; To promote enhanced Digitalisation among students and staff through the use of Erasmus+ digital tools such as Dashboard; To promote awareness of Sustainability among staff and students by participation in Erasmus+ mobilities that are built around the agenda of sustainability; To support the Institute’s strategic goal of educating our students to be rounded, job-ready, interculturally competent graduates, capable of adapting easily to a multicultural work environment; To support the Institute’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda by promoting wide participation in Erasmus+ among national and international students and staff, and promotion of Erasmus to socio-economically disadvantaged students and to students with disabilities.
