Maynooth University wants to achieve a multi cultural campus which enhances the student experience for both staff and students. Mobility participants not only develop their linguistic and intercultural competence, but also gain from learning in a different academic context, develop important life skills and enhance their postgraduate and employability prospects. The teaching and training staff exchanges are invaluable in learning and exchanging of best practices, exchanging pedagogical ideas, and facilitating new and/or enhanced collaboration with our European partner universities.
