By implementing the Erasmus+ KA107 2022 project we aimed to: 1) Contribute to our goals set out in the 'Global Outlook' pillar of the institution's Strategic Plan 2023 and the ambition to encourage 'a global outlook in all that the College does.' 2) Continue developing strong collaborative relationships with higher education institutions around the world, in this funding round the particular focus was on strengthening our relationships with partner universities in Sub-Saharan Africa and expanding our partnerships there. 3) Broaden the geographic scope of the projects and MIC's engagement with countries outside its traditional markets. This project funding helped us to establish new partnerships in Africa, specifically in Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana, as well as continuing to strengthen our partnerships in closer vicinity EU countries such as Georgia. 3) Enhance MIC's appeal as a destination for international staff and student exchange and strengthening academic collaboration between partners and MIC's Education and Arts faculties. 4) Continue to highlight the Erasmus+ Programme as a distinct, rigorous and positive programme across the MIC academic, student and professional services staff community.
