The primary objective of implementing the project "SKILLS FOR SUCCESS" was to address the growing importance of social skills in both the labor market and the personal success of individuals. The project aimed to offer youth workers the opportunity to explore and develop new methods and tools to assist young people in building their skills and reaching their full potential. Within a changing societal landscape, where technology dominates and traditional capacity-building processes are losing ground, the project sought to adapt to new realities. The project recognized the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on youth development, with social distancing guidelines leading to issues such as increased mental health challenges, youth unemployment, and limited opportunities for growth. It acknowledged the crucial role of youth workers in addressing these problems and emphasized the need to enhance and improve the soft skills of young individuals. "SKILLS FOR SUCCESS" aimed to achieve several key objectives. Firstly, it aimed to promote the knowledge of youth workers in the field of social skills and their significance. The project aimed to offer participants the opportunity to explore, design, and experience new methods and tools aimed at fostering social skills. It aimed to create tangible results, such as guides and articles, to support other youth workers in their capacity-building activities. Additionally, the project aimed to add value to youth work and contribute to its recognition in society. It aimed to facilitate the exchange of experiences, good practices, and the establishment of new partnerships and initiatives. By promoting the activities within the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities for youth mobility, the project aimed to encourage the development of various social skills. "SKILLS FOR SUCCESS" aligned with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program and Youth Workers Mobility. It aimed to equip participants with the competences and skills needed for meaningful participation in society.
