Objectives

The Cooperative had identified the following objectives: Ob1. Internationalize the profile of social and healthcare workers through WBL paths in Europe and by investing in linguistic skills to facilitate worker mobility. Ob2. Equip current and future social professionals with innovative methods and tools (for example, digital and psychomotor) to respond to the continuous evolution of the demand for personal services. These objectives were outlined by the following needs: 1. The fragmentation of paths and qualifications, which did not guarantee employability despite widespread growth in demand. 2. The mobility of health and social workers was still marginal in the EU, due to the very low investment of training institutions in linguistic and cultural preparation. 3. The demand for continuous updating of operator training with cutting-edge tools, techniques and methods, to be learned from European companies with consolidated know-how, was evident.
