Main objectives of the project have been reached, as follows: - improve training processes and services for the future employment of the participants, creating multidisciplinary training paths and also improving technical, professional and key skills of the participants involved (short term students and long term graduates) - improvement of language skills through the mobility and predeparture preparation - improvement of personal skills of the participants and also digital skills, also through the activities done before the mobility - for the staff, improving teaching methodologies and professional skills for innovative learning processes through the mobility and the comparison with a different reality - improvement of the national and international networks - foster young people competences to help them to find better job opportunities
The project involved some courses of the school, including Science Liceo (theoretical school) and technical courses in the sector of economics, IT, tourism and sport. Target groups involved in the project have been students from all the courses mentioned above, that took part in short term mobilities (1 month), recent graduates involved in long term mobilities and teaching staff of the school involved in job shadowing.
