WE DO! project aimed to: Enhance Transversal Skills: empower women aged 20 to 45 with non-formal methods to strengthen digital (Communication, Content Creation, Safety), entrepreneurial (Ideas and Opportunities, Resources, Into Action), and life skills (Personal, Social, Learning to Learn). Develop a Flexible Learning Model: provide a flexible learning environment that allows users to identify their educational needs and desires through guiding questions posed by a chatbot, adaptable to 24/7 access across various devices (PC, tablet, smartphone). Improve User Experience: make learning enjoyable and motivating by validating small learning units (micro-credentials) and awarding "digital badges" to make learning visible and validated. Reach and Engage Women: specifically target women aged 20 to 45 who are on the periphery of the formal education system (initial and/or continuing) and the labor market. Additionally, the project sought to facilitate the digital transformation of the participating organizations' educational offerings and engage other entities in the social and educational sectors, showing interest in developing more content and experimenting with the learning model for different target groups, such as youth.
The Consortium applied for this project to support the digital transformation of VET institutions, particularly focusing on the inclusion and empowerment of women aged 20 to 45. The needs addressed are: Support for Digital Transformation in Education. By developing and implementing a digital learning platform, the project aimed to support these institutions in adopting innovative teaching methodologies and tools, enhancing their capacity to provide relevant and up-to-date education. Empowerment and Re-engagement in the Workforce: the project specifically targeted women who were marginalized in the labor market, either due to extended career breaks, lack of qualifications, or other socio-economic factors. By providing relevant training and resources, the project aimed to empower these women, boost their confidence, and facilitate their re-entry into the workforce. Access to Flexible Learning. The project addressed these issues by developing a flexible, online platform accessible from various devices, allowing women to learn at their own pace and according to their schedules.
