With our project we want to create a greater awareness in the workplace of SMEs and to give at the employees the power to be protagonist of their workplace. Thanks to our training managers and HRs could have a better knowledge about the importance of a culture of D&I and so the employees became important protagonist of their workplace. The point of view of the workers could be part of the change: step by step. During the implementation of AI4DI we have understand that about the themes of diversity and inclusion the small and medium companies have to work hard and training to improve their knowledge. At this moment manager need to be accompany in this field because they often don’t have the instruments to understand the value of diversity. With our project we are proud to have had a contribute to this change. We think that thanks also to the videos of training course and the App other managers, Hrs, or companies that train managers could approach the D&I and they could have a support to make the first steps into these themes. Our project will give them the possibilities to have a specific and free course and so they could understand if they are work in a right direction to improve D&I in their workplace
We have applied for this project because according to us were the right moment to introduce a specific training about diversity and inclusion inside the medium and small companies. D&I is already a central theme in the multinational companies but not in the SMEs. But D&I is a very important opportunity to create a better workplace where people can grow up together. With the project AI4DI we have had the possibilities also to the small companies to have a specific training about the importance of diversity and inclusion in their workplaces. In detail we have create a innovative instruments to educate and training manager and HRs. They are very important figures because they can create and change in a positive direction the workplace of their companies. We have also used a new tool to involve manager and HRs. Our App is very easy to use and have also inside the AI. This system can give dates in very simple and anonymous way. They have not to spend time with paper and paper with survey, they have just to give a code and the rest happen very fast and clear. The employees could be part of the change of their workplace and to influence the place were their stay.
