We priotritized three objectives when designing this project, we wanted our professionals to develop digital skills and new teaching and innovation approaches to improve the learning outcomes and the employment opportunities for our beneficiaries and community members. This objective gave reason for being to our project as it encompasses all the other objectives and actions that make up this project. The development of our digital skills is a priority objective at a structural and organizational level in our NGO. We’re committed to achieving differentiated, flexible, and innovative teaching to meet the expectations of our beneficiaries and society. In the field of adult education, we strive to improve their employability, intensifying their contact with professional activity and the digital innovation culture. The other two specific obhectives were to generate online learning environments through educational platforms for adults, enhancing collaborative strategies and communication skills and tools; and to enhance the educational purpose and possibilities of different social networks to generate ubiquitous adult education environments.
JUMP In Italy is an organization from south of Italy that is working under the Erasmus + program since 2013. Jump In is a concept regarding different ways of LIVING OUR POSSIBILITIES increasing the value of diversity respecting our personal ambitions. We invest in the education and professional and personal deployment of youth, and professionals and we pay attention to their voices, as an essential source of new ideas, creativity and artistic expression. Over national boundaries and stereotypes, we want to promote interculturality which is a key value of our work. Moreover, we strongly want to enrich ourselves with our diversity. Our organization is very committed to promoting education based on innovation mindset and principles in the adult education sector. With this project, we wanted to improve teaching skills, and educational environments, through proposals that share these same values, the importance of boosting our digital skills. As NGO our aim is to bring equality, cultural tolerance, peace, the inclusion of disadvantaged groups and social justice. We work with adult beneficiaries from our area at the regional level, generally with a young profile, our four centres located in 4 different towns of Lecce province.
