Objectives

Internationalization: The main goal is to introduce a European dimension through involvement in Erasmus partnerships. This not only broadens the horizons of learners and staff but also promotes the exchange of best practices and intercultural learning. Digital Development and Blended Learning: In response to the increasing digitalization of society, the project aims to integrate digital development and blended learning into its programs. Foreign Languages: Another key objective is the improvement and development of communication in foreign languages. This not only increases mobility opportunities for learners and staff but also improves their career prospects and intercultural understanding. New Methodological Approaches: The project commits to introducing new methodological approaches to raise awareness and promote minority cultures. Through the adoption of innovative teaching strategies, the aim is to create an inclusive environment that values diversity and encourages the active participation of all learners. Through these objectives, APS EUROINNOVA intended to improve the quality and accessibility of adult education.

Background

In December 2021, we initiated an internal self-analysis process, involving our staff, collaborators, learners, and local families, as well as partner organizations. This process led to the creation of a European Development Plan, aimed at identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities within our educational and social context. We recognized the need to strengthen our staff's skills, particularly in foreign languages, inclusive methodologies, promotion of minority cultures, and digital competencies, to effectively respond to the needs of the post-Covid European society. Furthermore, we highlighted the importance of building and expanding our European network of partners to exchange best practices, cooperate on educational projects, and influence policies in the field of adult education and social inclusion. Our project aims to organize training courses and establish high-quality standards, in order to improve the training offerings and events we organize. We have also committed to raising awareness and spreading knowledge of minority cultures, addressing the challenges posed by immigration.
