The project aimed at achieving three main objectives. Firstly, it aimed to enhance staff training in areas not typically addressed by the association but aligned with its values, such as cohousing, in which Inwole has significant experience and innovative working methods. The second objective, closely linked to the first, was to expand ICC's training offerings. This allowed participants to acquire skills to bring back to Italy, contributing to a multiplier effect in their local contexts. Finally, the project sought to activate existing partnerships and forge new collaborations on a broader European scale, addressing the need to broaden perspectives to new and diverse contexts and potentially include new collaborators.
Italia che Cambia (ICC) narrates, maps and networks those realities that take action to activate a concrete change inside Italian society. To do so, it offers tools to facilitate processes of positive transformation by providing examples, training, know-how and support from its network, starting with the proposals emerging from the "2040 visions" encapsulated in the "Seven Paths” toward a more equitable society. ICC shares its content online via its communication channels, mainly its website and social-media channels. ICC carries out educational activities each year both in schools and for adults through its wide network of partners. In the schools, it brings media literacy paths, while in terms of adult education it moves on two different lines: 1) communication sphere for corporate or third sector organisations; 2) non formal and informal education through content sharing, organisation of facilitated events/workshops to work on issues related to changing one's lifestyle. The activities were tied to vital training areas for sustainable development education, distinct from ICC's existing strong competencies. They placed greater emphasis on cohousing and social spaces, supplemented by specific practical abilities.
