Background

The institute is located in an area that insists mainly on rural realities. These realities are poorly connected and, as a result, this puts pressure on the same school educational offers, with the need to guarantee children and young people both a quality education and a wide extracurricular offer, so as to fill the weaknesses of the area and not negatively affect the children's growth opportunities. Based on the critical issues identified by the institute, different strategies have been put in place aimed at the development of activities and projects at the national and international level in an inclusive sense and based on education in mutual respect, interculturalism, solidarity and care for common goods and awareness of rights and duties along with a training plan for the staff, in which objectives and effects to spillover to students are included. The objectives set in the project aim to enhance the Institute's educational offers by placing them in a European context so as to make European values, sustainability and inclusion central issues by focusing on the development of language, digital, communication, social and multicultural skills.
