1. Creating ecological lifestyles: We have promoted mobility activities aimed at making students responsible citizens and aware of the importance of safeguarding their environment. The aim was to renew concrete actions to spread good practices throughout the school community that could reduce the negative impact that people have on the environment. The students studied the effects of climate change on the planet and analyzed how they could contribute with the circular economy to making the planet more liveable and less polluted, making the school environment a more eco-sustainable area for adults and young people. Therefore, starting from one's own school environment, issues were addressed to the improvement of the school environment according to the Bauhaus concept, improving the functionality of the spaces and making the learning places more attractive and pleasant with green corners and walls with themed paintings. Panels describing the places and landscapes collected, have been set up in the school library. The improvement of digital competence through the school's web radio and TV for more effective communication also in English and the use of eTwinning.
The IIS Della Corte-Vanvitelli is a Secondary school of approximately 1300 students and 191 teachers with different courses of study. The technical sector in the economic-technological and graphic fields and the professional sector in the hotel sector. In the economic sector the school offers preparation in Administration, Finance, Marketing and Tourism. In the technological field the school offers preparation in different areas: Construction, Environment and Territory (skills in structures civil while respecting the environment), Graphics-Communication (skills in communication, multimedia graphics); Electronics-Electrotechnics with Biomedical option (skills in electrical, electronic and automation systems); Informatics (skills in computer systems and networks). In the professional sector it is possible to acquire skills in the field of food and hotel hospitality. This application is aimed at all sectors.
