All the activities carried out were important for the quality of the project. Through its implementation we have improved, consolidated and strengthened the process objectives identified with the initial identification of needs. All the participants involved achieved the objectives set in the chosen areas, allowing an impact in terms of training success. Course participants had the opportunity to carry out structured programs and meet other participants in new countries, sharing: lifestyles, opinions, knowledge, ideas and skills in different sectors. In particular, the participants in the job-shadowing had the opportunity to learn about the organisational, didactic and methodological structure of the host schools, also experiencing good practices. In this way the school has strengthened its international dimension, thanks also to the promotion of activities, the establishment of a working group and the development of a school plan for the internationalization strategy. The school has also submitted an accreditation request to continue carrying out new Erasmus projects.
The context of our project is closely connected with the context in which the school operates. The project of the Istituto Comprensivo "A.R. Chiarelli" is focused and built on the training needs and expected results of teachers, students and non-teaching staff: inclusion, equal opportunities, implementation of foreign languages, expansion of digital skills and raising awareness of education issues Civic. The project promoted lifelong learning, improving the quality and effectiveness of education and training. It has also promoted equity, social cohesion, active citizenship; encouraging creativity and innovation. The school has made these needs achievable thanks to the promotion of individualized and personalized activities to everyone's needs, identified through questionnaires and forms. Therefore, mobility, course attendance, exchange of good practices, observation, experimentation and impact on the areas in which everyone operates enrich a context that needs to be integrated and completed with new stimuli and new experiences.
