To the specific needs of the I.I.S. "Besta-Gloriosi" identified, are: 1. to enhance the professional skills of teachers for the use of innovative teaching methods that are more stimulating and motivating for students, based on project work and learning by doing; 2. strengthen teachers' digital skills by promoting a culture of innovation through the use of digital tools for teaching according to the Challenge Based Learning approach; 3. implement orientation activities and stimulate the school computerization process by enhancing the technical, linguistic and digital skills of administrative staff; 4. consolidate the links between institutions of different countries with which to form networks to plan and cooperate in the international arena and promote the exchange of skills and good practices.
The "Besta-Gloriosi" Institute of Higher Education has created "O.VA. TION.- schOol, innoVAtion and orientaTION" to increase transnational training actions aimed at ATA teachers and staff to enable them to gain experience in international cooperation, strengthen their capacities, produce innovative approaches, exchange good practices and network with consequent positive implications both on students, affecting their educational, social and personal development, and the Institute in terms of openness to the European dimension of education. This has allowed the School to renew itself by reorganizing the learning environments to encourage the circulation of innovative procedures and update the Educational Offer, strengthen inclusion activities, increase connection activities with local and international authorities and with local companies, improve its organization in terms of accelerating the internationalization process.
