The specific objectives that “Innovation People” aimed to achieve from 12/12/2022 to 12/11/2022 were: - Build a didactic and methodological research protocol to encourage pedagogical experimentation. - Strengthen stable training alliances with the territory. - Reduce the percentage of school dropouts and raise the level of students' basic skills. - Improve the quality and digitalisation of educational-laboratory activities.
The “Innovation People” project, implemented by the “Bachelet Galilei” Higher Education Institute, following the analysis of the 2019-2022 PTOF, was created to respond to specific needs, such as: 1) bring technology into teaching practice and create forms of creative collaboration between teachers and students; 2) improve the planning skills of teachers and ATA through the construction of an educational and methodological research protocol; 3) reduce school dropout and raise the level of students' basic skills; 4) strengthen the skills of the ATAs for the dematerialisation and simplification of the Institute's activities; 5) promote educational success of young people through stable educational alliances with Europe and post-diploma orientation actions for choosing a job or continuing their studies. Furthermore, the management of relations with foreign countries for the "Innovation People" project represented a new opportunity to respond to the Institute's need to consolidate contact and communication methods and the related work tools, so as to be able to give continuity to the activities of cooperation launched within the Erasmus+ Programme.
