The Comprehensive School of Maglie (Infancy, Primary, and Lower Secondary School, with a musical address since 1986) is a CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. The CLIL METHODOLOGY is being tested throughout the first cycle of education. The nursery school is among the most innovative in the Apulian area, with 4 hours of English and a learning ATELIER. Investments were made in cooperative spaces, in an innovative library, and in high-quality scientific and technological laboratories. The 3 MAK-ERSPACES that are being created are characterized by 1 AGRI LAB, a 3D printing and educational robotics laboratory, a textile-digital laboratory for a school opened to the community through agreements with the economic fabric of the territory. The practice of DEBATE in Italian and English cuts across many disciplines. Coding and robotics have been a reality in all school classes since childhood. The innovation introduced and the quality of the training offered attracts many students from other municipalities in the province (around 20%), allowing comparison between diversified training realities. Careful attention is aimed at both the excellent and the weakest students, which require adequately structured interventions.
