The "Filippo Palizzi" Technical, Economic and Technological Institute of Vasto celebrated the 100th anniversary of its foundation in 2022. The Institute has always represented a workshop of ideas and cultural and social promotion, also for its territory. Palizzi is attentive to the needs of the rapidly evolving job market and guarantees each student the widest possible choice and development of their potential. 56% of the student comes from municipalities in the upper Vasto area, even more than 70 km away from the Institute. The student profile is characterized by: • a medium-low economic and cultural level, with some familiy breakdown situations; • inconveniences related to logistics and transport, which are qualitatively poor and in any case insufficient compared to the real needs of the small municipalities in the hinterland; • low number of cultural centers and collective realitities, excepted schools, which are often the only educational reality of reference. The implementation of the project has been done by the Erasmus team of the Institute, made of the headmaster and the teachers Anna Roselli and Anna Olivastri.
