Objectives

The main goal set by the Tartini Conservatory in implementing the project was to optimize the resources made available by the EU in order to promote the widest possible mobility of students, teachers, and administrative staff. This is demonstrated by the high percentage of funds used by the beneficiary institution, which enabled a total of 30 outgoing mobilities to various Eurozone countries, while hosting 25 students and teachers from partner academies, for a total of 55 mobilities. The high level of satisfaction reported by participants highlights the fact that the Conservatory successfully created an effective exchange network, which has undoubtedly strengthened cooperation with partner Academies/Conservatories. The feedback from students, teachers, and staff emphasizes a strong desire for internationalization aimed at acquiring new knowledge and developing the linguistic, didactic, and cultural skills of each participant. From a broader perspective, the key project K131 is part of the Conservatory's internationalization strategies. It boasts over a decade of experience in the Erasmus mobility program, which has seen a steady increase in exchanges since 2002. Thanks to this project, students and teachers had the opportunity to travel across Europe and spend a period of study in other cultural contexts, developing teaching knowledge and acquiring soft skills that have proven invaluable for continuing or completing their academic journey. The long-standing goals of the Trieste Conservatory include strengthening excellence by contributing to the development of high-quality learning and promoting outstanding results through innovation and the pursuit of a European dimension. Another aim is to improve the quality, attractiveness, and accessibility of the learning opportunities available at our institution by showcasing our excellence and professionalism, thus fostering mutually beneficial collaborations. The Conservatory also seeks to facilitate mobility through particularly effective channels, with special attention to Central Europe, given the specific location and historical background of the city of Trieste. The goal of international projects is to create cultural synergy among participants, aimed at integrating cultures, knowledge, and skills, thereby creating fertile ground for new ideas, activities, and collaborations, all in the spirit of mutual respect and appreciation. Furthermore, internationalization helps to raise awareness of the Conservatory and, consequently, the city of Trieste, encouraging the flow of students and teachers to as many Academies as possible. The beneficiary institution is satisfied with the objectives achieved, and the results obtained bode well for upcoming projects that have already been funded.
