Our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan (https://www.unive.it/pag/18737/) has been implemented with a bottom-up process whereby the International Office has contributed with proposals in line with the objectives of E+ 2021-2027. Our Rector’s consideration of internationalisation originates in her former role as Vice-Rector for International Relations, and it is clearly showed in her decision to establish a number of figures of reference for internationalisation, among which a Vice-Rector for International Relations and 4 delegates with specific roles (one dedicated to IIAs, so crucial for us).The objective of this second year of the new E+ Programme was to enhance its novelties put in force in the 1st year (green travel support, digitalisation, inclusion, short mobilities for PhDs) and to test blended short-term mobilities (BIPs included). We also aimed at bringing the process of digitalization to further improvement, expanding the number of digitalized processes in the frame of mobility.
