The Università degli Studi del Sannio initiated the Erasmus KA131 project with the overarching goal of enhancing the global competence and employability of our students and staff through enriched educational and professional experiences abroad. Our objectives were to: Facilitate a good exchange of knowledge and skills between our institution and partnering organizations in higher education across Europe and beyond. Support the personal and professional development of participants through expansion to different academic and cultural environments. WE tried to favor the inclusion of underrepresented groups in mobility activities, ensuring equitable access and opportunities for all. Promote sustainable practices and digital transitions within the framework of international mobility, according to with the European Commission’s priorities on the green and digital transitions. Strengthen the link between higher education and research and innovation through target mobility schemes, particularly focusing on short-term doctoral mobility and staff exchanges. These objectives aimed to not only elevate the educational standards and international standing of the Università degli Studi del Sannio but also to contribute significantly to the professional and personal growth of our university community.
