Università degli Studi Mediterranea di Reggio Calabria has been played a key role for the Calabria territory: it supports skills trainings, basic and technological research and their diffusion in order to promote cultural, economic and social development of the entire community. From a contamination perspective, the University has been promoted inclusive education and training for professional and personal growth: for the students' mobility the objective was to encourage languages learning which it will add value to their professional development and to have new experiences for enrich their cultural background. In particular, Internationalisation and the Erasmus programmes had the objective of increasing and improving the quality of ethical, social and cultural exchanges, of bilateral agreements and students mobility. This represented also an opportunity to introduce educational courses offered by our university to other partner organisations. Teaching staff mobility played an important role for discovering new methods of teaching. It was important to encourage exchanges also for the mobility of technical and administrative staff because it helps to increase knowledge comparing with other realities and to advance new development prospects.
