The project aimed to expand the international aspect of learning, training, teaching, and research at the University, following the principles of ECHE and EPS. It achieved the following goals: • enriched the educational offerings in foreign languages and international study programs; • enhanced the international dimension through innovative and high-quality mobility initiatives, such as blended and short-term mobilities (BIP and the EUniWell Alliance), and encouraged digitalization and collaboration with partner universities; • initiated and monitored agreements for double, multiple or joint degree programs; • promoted the mobility of students and staff, including administrative staff, with the goal of improving linguistic and pedagogical skills and facilitating the exchange of best practices; • implemented actions to increase the number of ECTS recognized for undergraduate and graduate students; • organized Welcome Days both at a central level and within the various Schools, and strengthened the Buddy System for incoming students, managed by multicultural and multilingual Tutors
