The KA131 2022 project reflected the strategic plans approved by our university in 2020 and in 2023 (https://www.unibg.it/node/5459) and in our EPS (https://www.unibg.it/internazionale/andare-allestero/erasmus). Consistent with the centrality of internationalization (including international mobility of academic staff), the University of Bergamo prioritized the following objectives: Increasing international opportunities and promoting new international exchanges, aware of the excellent opportunities that mobility programs offer in terms of employability for students and graduates, and of professional growth for academic and administrative staff. In particular, the aims of the 2022 project were the following ones: 1) Promote broader participation of students in outgoing mobility by removing obstacles of an economic, social nature and related to conditions of particular fragility 2) Increase the number of agreements for study and internship mobility, with a focus on language opportunities and digital skills for internships; 3) Increase the number of incoming students by offering more classes in different languages and implement support for international guests during their stay; 4) Strengthen the dual degree programs strategy; 5) Enhancing international cooperation networks, with particular reference to the European Alliance BAUHAUS4EU project (approved in the 2024 call)
