University of Naples takes part in the Erasmus programme since its birth through all its actions, thanks to the committment in pursue exsisting relationships with its partners as well as activate new forms of cooperation, with the ambition to give its students and staff an opportunity of fruitful growth and comparison. The awareness that the exchange of experiences, of students and staff can represent an agent of growth and real internationalization has ever been our headlight together with the clear convintion to contribute in the education of european citizens. After the pandemic, the University of Naples’ performance registers in the year 2022-23 a considerable increase in the mobility rates, and it's back to its average numbers; the results and the participation in all the activities of the Erasmus+ programme have been significant and satisfactory. All activities have been successfully implemented with remarkable results. The arrival and presence of international students and staff such as the outbound mobilities foster new and different approaches to studies and training methods, representing an added value that our University intends to offer and throgh which intends to open itself melting new model of education and training
