The aims of the projects are, in compliance with the Erasmus charter provisions and Unibo strategic plans: - Enhancing the quality of the educational offer for students of all cycles and disciplines; - Facilitating and simplifying the recognition procedures and increasing the number of recognized credits of mobile students trying to remove all possible obstacles; - Supporting students and graduates in developing language competences and soft skills (such as intercultural skills, diversity skills, but also civic and democratic skills with specific projects) - Increasing the number of students and graduates who have carried out an international mobility experience; - Enhancing the gradutates’ employability; - Promoting the development of a set of skills of academic and administrative staff which can effectively support the internationalization strategy; - Improving the quality of cooperation between universities, but also companies or other relevant bodies - Enhancing the synergies between different actions of the Erasmus programme (KA1 and KA2 and European Universities) - Promoting the synergies between Erasmus mobility policies and University strategies on sustainability, digitalization and inclusion
