Objectives

The main objectives of the project were: engaging an increasing number of participants, especially after the crisis caused by the pandemic over the past two years; expanding partnership with Universities and various organization for enhancing the staff, students and graduates' mobility. Beyond the quantitative goal, which is crucial as it enhances the project's significance encouraging its dissemination, we emphasized implementing measures for the participants with fewer opportunities, using clear and accessible procedures for all. The goal of ensuring student centrality in every action taken by administrative and academic staff was achieved through the adoption of user-friendly communication tools and continuous support for students, in line with the principles of equal opportunity and the aim of eliminating any gaps among participants. This was also supported by initiatives like those promoted by Erasmus Without Paper, which, through the creation of the European Student Identifier, helped foster a sense of belonging to one community among all participants. Exchanges have expanded beyond the European continent, thanks to the opportunity to use part of the funding to provide grant for those who could undertake mobility in other continents. In light of the increased number of participants, the implementation allowed for quicker and easier management of mobilities, enabling us to have more time to address potential issues and thus support participants - students, graduates and staff - in the best possible way.
