The first and most relevant goal which the University of Siena wanted to achieve was the implementation of the mobility flows of all the envisaged categories, coveriing the costs of them with the funds given by the National Agency. In other words we wanted to achieve the 100% of usage of the funding related to this project. Another important goal was referred to the quality of the mobility activities to be implemented regardiing both students and staff mobility; qualitative aspects of the activities were kept in consideration during all the different phases of the project implementation. The implementation then brought to the achievement of a further result that is the maintanance and empowerment of the collaboration with the numerous partner Universities all over Europe and the setup of common solution and ideas to better support the mobility of staff and students. These and other minor objectives and priorities were and are fully coherent with the internationalization policy of the University of Siena.
