With the implementation of the EU4EU Italy project, we aimed to create and expand a network of job opportunities for university students and recent graduates, facilitating their entry into the labor market through internships abroad. Our goal was to offer these young people the chance to gain their first professional experiences in an international context, thus addressing an increasingly competitive job market. This initiative responds to a specific need within the Italian context, where the employment rate for recent graduates stands at 63%, significantly lower than the European average. The project aimed to provide students with the opportunity to acquire skills and experiences in new professional contexts at the European level. Additionally, we sought to create a strong link between universities, companies, and students, building a network capable of promoting the sharing of best practices, with particular attention to the inclusion of disadvantaged students.
