One of the main objectives of the project was the coherent development of the E+ strategy and the realization of targets set in the 21/27 perspective, without prejudice to considerations already disclosed regarding the guidelines, the type of approach, limitations and contextual strengths. The method was development both in an analytical sense (for the quantitative and qualitative fields) and in a systemic sense, i.e. synergistic growth of the various elements to develop the components already present but, as will be described, the objectives, especially from a quantitative point of view, were forcibly remodulated following the overlapping of projects (2021-2022-2023). From a qualitative point of view the utmost attention was paid to the satisfaction of the project participants pants, through various methods. As far as the students were concerned, the aim was to accompany and assist them in the best possible way throughout the process, from the presentation of the application, to its sending, up lo the recognition of the activities carried out at the host institution, guaranteeing at the same time the same opportunities to take part in the project by publicizing it more through some dedicateci meetings. Alongside more practical issues, the objective with a broader horizon and coherent with the global strategy has been thai of expanding its network of partners and collaborations on several fronts: both al the level of music academies and of possible destinations far an experience of apprenticeship. From this point of view, the project of setting the basis for an agreement with the prestigious Geaorgia University (U.S.) was very important In the same vein, incoming mobility was strengthened. Another objective was lo permanently offer two language courses (English and German) aimed at both enrolled students and as part of the educational offer, and Erasmus students as additional skills and a possible source of ECTS of their choice to complete their education and study plans. A further target was lo continue and strengthen European cooperation by always exploring new fields lo try to offer opportunities lo students interested in both outbound and inbound traineeship mobility, trying lo permanently offer a piace far SMP mobility and then broaden the offer itself in the future lo other fields. Further objective was develop a more accomplished digitalization process, reduce paper waste.
