Internationalization is a funding aspect for NABA. Erasmus+ plays a key role both in the approach and strategy of an educational model without geographical or cultural restraints. The Academy actively participates in the New European Bauhaus, Cumulus and ELIA: NABA will in fact host the 2024 ELIA Biennale in November. These networks are currently intertwinings boosting the international opportunities and dimension of the academy. Mobility is one of the most strategic tools to broaden students' learning perspective, leading to innovative project results enriched by a multicultural approach and build a research and cooperation network. The International Exchange Office worked closely to the Academic Departments, ensuring the quality and processes of all the activities, organized in compliance with the Erasmus Charter, the Agreements and the EPS defined by the Academy. The goal is the promotion of an international educational model, under the aegis of the principles of inclusion, innovation, multiculturalism in compliance with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations, which are increasingly nurturing the staff processes, the life in campus and didactic approaches. The ECTS system guarantees transparency in the definition of the study plan and in the recognition of the path, connecting different national education systems. NABA educational offer grows, not only expanding the Rome campus, but also with attention to the development of curricula delivered in Italian and English, reflected in a student population with increasingly marked international origin (around 40% and 90 nationalities). The current project represented a new opportunity of consolidating the mobility processes and recent best practices partners network, international opportunities and taking advantage of the KA131 action to boost other level of international cooperation (e.g. KA2 projects).
