the decision to implement the Erasmus project specifically for administrative employees came from a strong belief that the benefits of international exchange should extend beyond students and teaching staff. Many of our administrative employees had never had the opportunity to experience working or studying abroad, and I saw this as a gap that could be filled to enrich their personal and professional growth.
