The project is in line with the University's multi-year strategy of fostering student and faculty mobility in Europe through the Erasmus + programs. The project consisted of 3 main actions: - study mobility; - mobility for traineeship; - faculty exchange mobility; The overall objective of the project was to strengthen the community of Erasmus beneficiaries who, through the typical activities of the program, become more aware of the importance and the countless opportunities offered by the EU to build a fully European identity that is the result of sharing study, teaching and work experiences that are apparently different but that are accumulated by the Erasmus Program, which represents an extraordinary tool to realize study and professional paths in a European dimension that is truly competitive in a global context.Increasingly, participation in Erasmus+ for study activities generates in students the desire and courage to participate in and be recipients of mobility for placements, which proves decisive for embarking on a professional career at the country to which the Erasmus mobility took place. In this way, both in the direct beneficiaries (students and faculty) and indirect beneficiaries (families, friends and administrative staff involved) more awareness is created about the opportunities offered by Europe and the closeness of the European institutions to the citizens of all EU states becomes truly tangible. Specifically, study mobility has been aimed at promoting mobility projects aimed at the learning of university students in Europe with a focus on the quality and variety of educational offerings of foreign partners and simplification in practices for the recognition of activities carried out in mobility. In this sense, efforts have been made to foster a climate of exchange and collaboration between students from the University who have carried out Erasmus mobility and the European and international students hosted during the year through the organization of the welcome day in September in which students exchange information and share experiences to ensure that their Erasmus mobility is satisfactory and in line with their expectations. In the phase of teachers' mobility, through the constant work of building networks and collaborations, it was possible to foster the conclusion of new inter-institutional agreements. These agreements respond to the need to increase and augment the offerings of the host university in terms of both the number of available places and the educational activities offered to our students.
