The project aimed to achieve objectives that are fully aligned with UNICA’s internationalization strategy, as outlined in the University’s Strategic Plan 2022–2027. This strategy seeks to: develop projects and educational activities, including postgraduate programs, in collaboration with international universities; promote the development of educational offerings and research; strengthen the University’s international visibility; and encourage participation in international networks for the management of joint educational activities. UNICA’s mobility initiative in Ukraine, Georgia, Palestine, and Uruguay was intended to foster academic and research relationships based on previous experiences. With all the universities involved, UNICA aimed to establish cooperation to increase the flow of students and staff and to promote joint academic and intercultural activities. Beyond the academic dimension, one of the key objectives was to enhance participants’ skills and knowledge, improving academic standards and fostering fruitful relationships between institutions by removing economic, geographical, and cultural barriers.
