The University of Trento has always had a strong international focus, confirmed by national rankings, steady investments and a wide range of programs offered in English. This project aimed to strengthen collaboration with 5 partner institutions in 3 countries, promoting student and staff exchanges. The goal was to broaden mobility opportunities, especially for incoming students, to support the internationalization of the academic community and the development of transversal skills. For students, mobility is a transformative experience that enriches their studies with innovative courses and enhances competitiveness, employability and personal growth. For faculty and staff it offers exposure to different systems, acquisition of new competences and international openness, improving teaching and management quality. For institutions, it consolidates relations, fosters cohesion and creates integrated pathways, also attracting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The expected impact is twofold: locally, cultural and professional enrichment of the territory; globally, the training of professionals ready to face challenges such as sustainable development and technological innovation.
