The project stems from the joint commitment of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo (UniURB) and the Catholic University "Nostra Signora del Buon Consiglio" – Katolike “Zoja e Këshillit të Mirë” of Tirana (UKZKM) to establish a structured and long-term collaboration aimed at supporting and enhancing the international mobility of students and staff (both academic and administrative) in the fields of Pharmacy and Economics. Its objectives include: Promoting academic cooperation and the exchange of good practices by encouraging joint teaching and training activities, seminars, shared projects, tutoring, and mentoring. Supporting the professional development of staff through training and teaching activities related to the internationalization strategies of the partner universities, with a focus on both individual and institutional impact. Ensuring a transparent and fair participant selection process, based on academic merit, motivation, language skills, and inclusiveness, with particular attention to candidates who have not previously benefitted from Erasmus+ opportunities. Maximizing the impact of mobility through dissemination activities, peer mentoring, final reports, and the certification of acquired competences.
