Erasmus+ participation strengthened an international network across different fields of study, involving both long-standing partners and newly established collaborations. This fostered an international learning environment, providing outgoing participants with diverse opportunities while enriching UniPD’s community through incoming students and staff. For the University of Padua, the programme represents a key chance to enhance its linguistic, cultural and educational environment, while improving participants’ skills and competences and increasing their employability. Erasmus+ also offers valuable opportunities for the personal and professional development of teaching and administrative staff. A major priority of the project was to ensure high-quality support throughout the mobility process, building on UniPD’s experience and partners’ expertise. All activities were guided by the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), including transparent management, tuition fee exemption, continuous assistance, non-discrimination, equal access and adequate language support.
